Wandering Consultants began in 2024 when the founders noticed a need to address disparities within the community. This led to focusing on three key areas of health, environment, and the non-profit sector. We work diligently to provide top-notch service and expertise in these fields, striving to always meet our clients' needs. Experience Matters!
John Tremper, MD
Co-Founder of Wandering Consultants and specializes in operational consulting. He has a lifetime of experience within the health sector as a rural family practice physician. Graduated from University of Utah School of Medicine with a MD and from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-med. When he's not busy doing case investigations or other operational consulting for clients, you'll find him on ski slopes, flyfishing, or gardening. He has the drive to serve and the experience to back it!
Jerramy Dear-Ruel
Co-Founder of Wandering Consultants specializing in meeting plannings and presentations in all three sectors of health, environment, and non-profits. Graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Science in Forestry Resource Management (Minor Anthropology) and completed two different law enforcement academies. He was a founding executive director of a non-profit that helps unaccompanied homeless high school students. He worked as a crisis coordinator for behavioral health in public health, park ranger, law enforcement officer, and wildland firefighter. Having served as a volunteer in Peace Corps Bulgaria, Willing Workers in South Africa, and Willing Workers on Organic Farms inspired him to always give back. When he's not occupied with facilitating meetings and providing assistance to clients, you'll find him farming on the Big Island or ranching in Montana with his family. Flyfishing, backpacking, or climbing Kilimanjaro are some his downtime activities. He values to always provide excellence in service and to create the biggest impacts in disparities of health, environment, and non-profits. When struggling with meetings or need some insight, give him a call.
